As part of the exhibition Good ended happily currently on view at M1 VideoSpace Basir Mahmood talks to the curator Hajra Haider Karrar.
The conversation will engage with the conceptual and physical becoming of ideas, challenging notions of authorship while touching upon the critical transitions that have been formative in enabling the artist to arrive at the current point in his artistic trajectory. It will further expand into a discussion on the conditions of film as a medium, its materiality and potential that make it the medium of choice for the artist to execute his vision.
